The ideal candidate is a commercial real estate attorney or experienced title underwriter with 5–7 years of CRE experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to deliver practical, client-focused guidance under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active Bar Admission in FL or state of residence for remote work.
• 5-7 years of substantive title underwriting or CRE experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and regulations.
• Ability to interpret and apply underwriting standards within authority.

Responsabilités

• Provide underwriting support and counsel on issuance of title commitments and policies.
• Interpret and apply underwriting standards within delegated authority.
• Advise colleagues on real estate settlement procedures and requirements.
• Support resolution of title issues and guide transaction strategy.
• Communicate underwriting decisions to internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement.
