Ashton North LLC in New York, NY (Midtown Manhattan) seeks a Senior National Commercial Title Underwriting Counsel Attorney to lead underwriting guidance on complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide. You will assess risk, shape transaction structures, and advise internal teams and clients on title insurance commitments and policies.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA‑accredited law school, active New York Bar, and 5+ years in national title underwriting or equivalent CRE

• JD from ABA-accredited law school is required.
• Active Bar Admission in New York in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive experience in national title insurance underwriting or comparable CRE experience.
