Job summary

Siemens is offering a Commercial Project Management Co-op in Wendell, NC. This hybrid internship provides hands-on experience supporting energy automation and data center projects within the Siemens Smart Infrastructure division, with exposure to commercial management activities and cross-functional collaboration.

You will support financial planning, forecasting, revenue tracking, and project performance analysis while working closely with Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Project Execution

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a basic understanding of finance and data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work full-time during Summer/Fall 2027 with hybrid training.
• Must be enrolled in NC State University co-op program and located within 50 miles of Wendell, NC.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support project financial planning, forecasting, and EAC updates for large-scale energy projects.
• Assist with revenue, cost, cash flow, profitability, and order tracking.
• Analyze project data to identify risks, opportunities, variances, and process improvements.
• Support change order management, invoicing, and milestone reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Project Management, Procurement, Sales, and Execution teams.
