Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in commercial project controlling/management in construction projects.
• 10-20% travel required.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project throughout the Project Life Cycle.
• Oversee bid preparation and contract terms with support of Legal department.
• Act as commercial project entrepreneur from order intake through delivery and warranty.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks and opportunities to protect margins.
• Present commercial topics in project meetings and escalate issues.
• Manage customer requirements and stakeholder expectations with the Project Manager.
• Ensure contract compliance, invoicing, and cash flow optimization.
• Maintain project books and records in SAP; coordinate procurement and guarantees.
