Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in sales or marketing within the CPG industry.
• Experience managing retailer partner relationships is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate BU priorities into clear workplans for products, brands, channels, or initiatives.
• Lead commercialization plans for new products and renovations with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare customer- and channel-specific recommendations for assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop selling stories and planning materials aligning brand/category objectives with customer needs.
• Gather and synthesize sales, pricing, and trade data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support forecasts, trade plan inputs, and performance reporting; escalate variances when needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations to deliver commercial priorities.
• Lead execution during supply challenges by organizing actions and updates.
• Ensure execution reflects approved guidelines and adjust as needed.
• Represent customer perspectives in internal meetings to align decisions.
• Support change adoption with practical enablement materials and tracking.
• Lead monthly All Sales communications and maintain SharePoint resources.
• Set clear priorities, timelines, and measures of success for assigned work.
