Responsibilities

Translate business, brand and channel priorities into clear work plans and owners.
Lead commercialization plans for new products and renovations with cross-functional teams.
Prepare customer- and channel-specific recommendations for assortment, pricing, promotion and shelving.
Develop selling stories and execution tools that connect objectives to customer needs.
Coordinate cross-functional partners to deliver defined commercial priorities.
Lead execution during operational challenges such as allocation or supply gaps.
Ensure execution reflects brand, pricing, and promotional guidelines; suggest practical adjustments.
