Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1 year of related specialized training and/or lending experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of lending regulations and credit underwriting.
• Notary required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews loan documentation for business loans per policy.
• Reviews credit presentations to ensure proper approvals and action items.
• Uses core system and department software to manage loans and collateral releases.
• Develops and maintains relationships with members through Business Loan Officer Teams.
• Participates in credit/risk management, portfolio management, and servicing of the portfolio.
• Ensures compliance with lending policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with other WESTconsin team members to meet member lending and cash management needs.
• Identifies options, evaluates solutions, and works across departments to support member needs.
• Responds to internal and external member questions and concerns.
• Reviews paid loans and releases collateral as necessary.
• Assists Business Loan Officers to operate in compliance with laws and regulations.
