Torrington Savings Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the origination, onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of commercial loans through their lifecycle. You will work with the Commercial Loan Administrator and management to ensure loans are documented and processed in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of commercial loan servicing experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial loan documentation is required.
• Accuracy and strong clerical and organizational skills are required.
• Proficient in PC applications.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail while performing multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate onboarding and maintenance of commercial loan facilities in the core system, including modifications and renewals.
• Create new individual and entity profiles in the core system.
• Review approved loan documents to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
• Process loan participation transactions, advances, payments, and wire transfers per procedures.
• Prepare and submit monthly reporting to SBA and ensure compliance with bank policies.
