Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or better is required.
• Associates degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of Commercial Services experience is required.
• 1-2 years of Banking experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Process line of credit renewals for Commercial Services and prepare loan approval documents.
• Serve as appraisal liaison with Credit Administration, account officers, appraisal companies, and outside reviewing firm.
• Prepare Commercial and Industrial loan closing documents and CIP reviews.
• Input HMDA / CRA data in applicable systems and maintain post-closing files.
• Serve as Secretary of Management Loan Committee and prepare meeting minutes.
