Job summary

LHH is partnered with a respected Los Angeles law firm to recruit a Commercial Litigation Paralegal. This role supports attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, with emphasis on e-discovery, document management, and trial preparation in a collaborative environment.

The position requires hands-on e-discovery experience, Relativity or similar tools, and strong case management skills. Onboarding is primarily onsite with a hybrid option after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Hands-on e-discovery experience including document review and production management.
• Experience using Relativity or a similar litigation support platform is required.
• Familiarity with trial presentation software and courtroom preparation.
• Trial support experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or comparable qualifying credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial.
• Coordinate and manage document-intensive discovery matters.
• Support e-discovery workflows, including data organization, review, and production.
• Conduct document analysis and maintain case databases.
• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, witness materials, and hearing filings.
• Utilize litigation technology and trial presentation tools.
• Track deadlines and support overall litigation strategy and case progress.
