Job summary

HERS Advisors is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their West Los Angeles, CA office (hybrid). You will work closely with attorneys to oversee case management from inception through trial, settlement, and post-trial work.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation experience, familiarity with Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code 6450, strong eDiscovery skills, and experience with Relativity and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with ability to work and bill as a paralegal under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code 6450.
• 3+ years of litigation experience at a law firm.
• Strong eDiscovery skills and document review cycle understanding; Relativity preferred.
• Trial preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management from inception through trial/settlement and post-trial/post-settlement.
• Work closely with attorneys and team members to manage matters.
