Job summary
Berry Insurance is seeking a detail‑oriented Commercial Lines Processing & Support Specialist to handle policy transactions, certificates, and client servicing alongside the Commercial Lines team. This role emphasizes behind‑the‑scenes processing, accuracy, and timely service to clients, with collaborative work alongside CSMs, carriers, and producers.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a commercial insurance setting, holds a Massachusetts P&C license, and can leverage Applied EPIC.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of commercial insurance agency experience.
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license required.
- Experience with Applied EPIC is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable and team‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and service requests accurately.
- Maintain accurate client and policy information in the agency system.
- Prepare COIs, binders, and related insurance documentation.
- Support CSMs with client servicing and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with carriers, producers, and team members on processing needs.
- Provide backup coverage during high-volume periods.
