Job summary

Gpac in Garfield, NJ is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle a diverse book of commercial clients. The role offers hybrid work in a supportive, growth‑oriented agency with a 40+ year client base and strong risk management focus.

You will process COIs, input data into EPIC, coordinate carrier follow‑ups, prepare proposals, and manage renewals and billing inquiries while identifying cross‑sell opportunities and ensuring proper coverage.

Qualifications

• P&C license is required to manage commercial accounts.
• Experience handling large commercial accounts across multiple industries.
• Familiarity with AMS360 for policy administration and billing.

Responsibilities

• Process COI, binders, evidences, auto IDs, renewals, endorsements and claim data.
• Input account, contact and policy data into EPIC accurately.
• Follow up with carriers on policy status, endorsements and cancellations.
• Secure loss runs, MVRs and related documents as requested.
• Prepare proposals, analyses and summaries for clients.
• Manage billing inquiries and account cancellations.
• Market and renew accounts, identify coverage gaps and upsell where appropriate.
