Job summary

You will manage an established book, serve as the primary client contact, review contracts, prepare proposals, and ensure retention while collaborating with the team.

Ideal candidates have a P&C license and at least 3 years of experience, plus strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial account management experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established book of business.
• Serve as the primary client contact in a face-to-face role.
• Maintain client relationships while handling new and renewal submissions.
• Review insurance contracts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
• Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
• Verify policy coverage and endorsements on new and renewal business.
• Work independently or with the team to support accounts.
• Ensure retention of assigned accounts.
• Address cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier concerns.
