Insurance Office of America seeks an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producers, and assigned accounts, with minimal guidance from senior staff.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in insurance customer service, active P&C license, strong analytical and communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a high school diploma. This hybrid role requires some on-site work in Pleasanton, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty licensing required; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Work with minimal direction from an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer to meet production and quality standards.
• Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage smaller-sized accounts or less complex ones.
• Maintain policy management, renewal processes, and data accuracy in agency systems.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Collaborate on contract reviews and ensure proper coverages are included.
