Job summary

SeibertKeck Insurance Partners in Jacksonville is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to service and retain a diverse portfolio of commercial lines clients. You’ll be the go-to expert for coverage placement, policy maintenance, and client satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on building lasting relationships.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in commercial lines P&C, an Ohio P&C license (or ability to obtain), and proficiency with AMS-360, ImageRight, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial lines P&C experience.
• Active Ohio P&C license is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with AMS-360, ImageRight, Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build & Maintain Strong Relationships with clients, underwriters and producers.
• Support Producers with new business opportunities and renewals.
• Deliver exceptional account service including renewals, endorsements, certificates and changes.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in client files, renewals and invoicing.
• Act as a liaison among clients, carriers and internal stakeholders; escalate risks as needed.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
