Job summary

Diag Partners in Ohio is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of commercial insurance clients. This client-facing role emphasizes relationship-building, service excellence, and proactive guidance on coverage.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of commercial lines policies, experience with Vertafore Sagitta and ImageRight, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance, ideally in an Account Manager or Client Service role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage and insurance practices.
• Proficiency with Vertafore products Sagitta and ImageRight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of commercial lines clients.
• Serve as a primary contact for client questions, service requests, coverage needs, and ongoing account support.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding commercial insurance coverages and policies.
• Coordinate account documentation, policy updates, renewals, and servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve client needs promptly.
• Deliver high customer service while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
• Maintain attention to detail in handling policy and client information.
