Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager in Massachusetts to join an established agency. The candidate will manage a large book of business, service client relationships, and support sales while ensuring accuracy in certificates, proposals and policy summaries.

Ideal candidates have broker experience, hold a P&C license, and can work independently or in a team to drive revenue and retain accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience handling multiple lines of coverage and large book of business.
• Client-facing role with relationship management experience.
• Review contracts for accuracy and manage certificates/proposals/policy summaries.
• Brokerage experience and active P&C license are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain assigned accounts.
• Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews.
• Support sales and drive agency revenue independently or in a team.
• Address cancellations, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
