CENTRAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT in San Francisco is seeking a Commercial Leasing Manager and Tenant Relations to drive occupancy growth for a premier Class A property downtown. You will lead leasing operations, manage tenant relationships, and coordinate with brokers and legal teams to close transactions.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial real estate leasing, a bachelor's degree, and a strong knowledge of the SF market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial Real Estate Leasing.
Experience in a high-rise or Class A asset is a plus.
Strong knowledge of San Francisco downtown market dynamics.
Proven ability to meet occupancy targets in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

Lead leasing operations and maximize occupancy of the Class A asset.
Review leases, negotiate terms and coordinate with brokers and legal teams.
Draft and negotiate lease proposals and term sheets.
Quote rents and assist with renewals for existing tenants.
Prepare quarterly leasing forecasts and annual budget input.
Coordinate tours and ensure suites are ready for showing.
Collaborate with brokers, legal, architect and property manager on leasing tasks.
Monitor market trends and propose ideas to reach 75% occupancy.
