Job summary

Sentry is seeking an Account Specialist in El Paso, TX to build strong relationships with customers and internal partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts, handling quotes, renewals, policy changes, and service needs while coordinating with sales, underwriting, and other teams.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 120 days).

• Property & Casualty license required; obtain within 120 days if not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for designated producers, customers, and agents in the territory.
• Partner with producers to service existing book and identify opportunities.
• Make detailed decisions and understand business risks and consequences.
• Own service-related items like calls, emails, and faxes for service needs.
• Provide proactive service needs including quotes, renewals, policy changes, and billing.
• Create new and renewal applications for smaller businesses.
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, and other internal teams to gather underwriting requirements.
