Job summary

Sentry is seeking an Account Specialist in El Paso, TX to act as the primary contact for producers, customers, and agents within the territory. The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive service, and collaboration with underwriting and other teams to support client needs.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years of related insurance experience, and a Property & Casualty license or a plan to obtain one within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for designated producers, customers, and agents within the territory.
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting to service the book and identify opportunities.
• Manage service needs including calls, emails, and faxes, renewals, changes, and audits.
• Prepare new and renewal applications for smaller businesses.
