Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology.
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering technical/innovation projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong financial/business acumen with expertise in project tracking software and business case development.
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building with stakeholders and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and commercialization handoff for innovations meeting market needs.
• Develop and manage project plans, resourcing, and budgets for innovation platforms including solvent-free and PVC-free materials.
• Articulate CTQ requirements, align unmet market needs, and maintain visibility of schedules, risks, and costs through dashboards.
• Drive prioritization, roadmapping, and execution improvements with robust business cases and project tools.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and suppliers to forecast risks and manage scope.
