Avery Dennison is seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Building & Construction to lead the Building and Construction P&L and craft the commercial strategy for this top growth segment.

You will provide vision and drive execution in a entrepreneurial environment, reporting to the Marketing Director, Performance Tapes NA. Based in North America with on-site/hybrid work from our Painesville, Ohio location, you will guide pricing, portfolio management and cross-functional initiatives to accelerate growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering undergrad or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years leading a technical product line with growth in a B2B setting.
• Strong financial/biz insight with P&L management experience.
• Demonstrated project leadership, analytical and communicational skills.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional support in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategy for a high-value growth segment with an advanced portfolio.
• Develop strategic and operating plans with cross-functional teams.
• Manage the P&L for the product portfolio and pricing strategies.
• Execute portfolio management to optimize growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, support, and supply chain to launch new products.
