Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or MBA preferred.

• Strong financial and business insight with P&L management.
• Proven project leadership, critical thinking, and analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
• Ability to generate support across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and strategy to a high value growth segment with an advanced product portfolio.
• Develop strategic and annual operating plans and lead cross-functional team efforts to meet evolving customer needs.
• Manage the P&L for a portfolio and develop pricing strategies to optimize growth and profitability.
• Implement a portfolio management approach to assigned products to optimize growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with R&D, technical support, sales, and supply chain to develop, launch, and support new products.
