American National Insulation in Corona, CA is seeking a Commercial Business Manager - Estimator to drive growth on commercial projects. You will build trusted client relationships, prepare estimates, quotes, bids, and proposals, and coordinate with Project Management to ensure profitable execution.

The role requires 3–5 years in Sales/Estimating/PM in construction, proficiency with OST/Quick Bid and MS Office, and a willingness to travel >50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a Company Vehicle.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Estimating, or Project Management in the construction industry.
• Proficient use of OST and/or Quick Bid Software & MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Preferred – experience in trades: framing, insulation, etc.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of experience.
• Preferred – bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Find and build trusted customer relationships with prospective clients.
• Prepare project estimates, quotes, bids, proposals, and bids.
• Ensure bid documents meet contract terms and assist Project Management team.
• Manage customer service from sale to completion and project management as needed.
• Conduct sales calls, generate leads, and manage accounts.
• Support bidding, budgeting, and on-site issue review; handle change orders and competitor analysis.
