Job summary

American National Insulation seeks a Commercial Business Manager - Estimator to grow profitable business on commercial projects. You will build relationships, deliver accurate estimates, bids and contracts, and support project management to ensure profitable outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales/estimating, proficiency with OST/Quick Bid and MS Office, and a willingness to travel locally. Hybrid remote with onboarding emphasis and potential bilingual capabilities enhance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• 3–5 years in Sales, Estimating or PM in construction.
• Proficient with OST/Quick Bid and MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Find and build trusted customer relationships and prepare project estimates, quotes, bids, proposals.
• Manage customer service from sale to completion, including project management as needed.
• Identify prospective customers and engage leads to drive sales.
• Present proposals via structured follow-up, value engineering, and persuasive formatting.
• Provide product expertise and meet division targets for proposals and close rates.
• Contribute to bidding, pre-construction services, budgeting, planning, and change orders.
