Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Iowa Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain and maintain licensing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional, empathetic support.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and manage follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate claim documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management/CRM systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, carriers, and teams.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for insured clients throughout the claims process.
• Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, producers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and submit claims documentation within required timeframes.
• Monitor claim activity and follow up to drive timely handling and resolution.
• Review policy documentation to support submissions and coverage discussions.
• Facilitate claim review meetings and prepare client claim summaries.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity and follow-up actions.
