Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years of experience in commercial banking support functions.
• Proficient in setup, maintenance, and closure of commercial deposit accounts.
• Ability to respond to audit requests and compliance reviews.
• Strong collaboration with relationship managers and operations teams.
• Knowledge of cash management, liquidity services, and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup of new and closing of existing deposit accounts.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit partners and NSF team to resolve overdrafts.
• Partner with Business Partners throughout the organization to support clients.
• Resolve loan/fee delinquencies and direct internal resources as needed.
• Identify and execute actions to refer products/services to partners.
• Respond to routine and complex client inquiries and service requests.
• Submit service requests for DDA or general service needs.
• Coordinate follow-up with internal partners and clients for timely resolution.
• Provide information for audits and GRC testing as needed.
• Adhere to KeyBank policies and procedures, including BSA/AML compliance.
