Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Relationship Officer, Commercial Banking in Michigan to support designated Commercial Banking Relationship Team. You will handle service requests for a client book and work within a Services Team focused on excellence, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include deposit account setup, loan servicing support, inquiries handling, and joint efforts with partners to resolve delinquencies and maintain data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (required).
• 1+ years previous experience with commercial banking support functions (required).
• Minimum two years of experience or equivalent understanding of commercial lending principles, products, and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates set-up of new and maintenance or closing of existing deposit accounts.
• Works with Relationship Managers, Credit partners and NSF team to resolve overdrafts and insufficient funds.
• Partners with Business Partners throughout the organization to ensure seamless service.
• Responds to routine and complex client inquiries and resolves/refers to appropriate support partners.
• Coordinates follow-up with internal partners and clients to ensure prompt completion of service requests.
