Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of clients and coordinate with Relationship Manager to identify deposit and cash management needs.
• Onboard new clients and gather required documentation for KYC compliance.
• Provide proactive client servicing and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Advise on risk mitigation, KYC/AML requirements and fraud controls.
• Support client reviews and stay aligned with relationship teams.
