Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Client Service Advisor to support a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through complex requests. You will investigate issues, coordinate solutions across internal teams, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role (4 in-office days) is based in Tempe, AZ or City of Industry, CA, focusing on operational service delivery and strategic insights for growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship, Financial Services or Service Excellence in a corporate or banking environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred; other related discipline or commensurate experience considered.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
• Intermediate knowledge: Product Knowledge, Regulatory Compliance, Data Analysis Reporting, Document Management, Microsoft Office, Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensures tickets are resolved per client’s expectations.
• May apply interest adjustments based on limits.
• Tracks collection of client service fees.
• Provides input into planning and implementation of operational programs.
• Presents strategic reports to management outlining client trends, opportunities, and risks.
