Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures tickets are resolved per client’s expectations.
• Analyses client feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights.
• Identifies process improvements to meet client needs more efficiently.
• Presents strategic reports to management with key trends and risks.
• Engages with clients to diagnose service needs and address concerns promptly.
• Ensures all interactions and documentation comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
