Job summary

CNA Insurance in Illinois is seeking an individual contributor to manage commercial claims of low to moderate complexity within General Liability, investigating, evaluating, and resolving per company protocols. Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in the CNA office.

You'll communicate with insureds and claimants, verify coverage, determine liability, establish reserves, and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve timely, quality outcomes.

• Manages an inventory of low to moderate complexity commercial claims by following company protocols and authorizing disbursements within authority.
• Verifies coverage, establishes reserves, and determines liability by reviewing policy language and claim handling protocols.
• Interacts with insureds, claimants and partners to provide timely updates and achieve quality and cycle time standards.
