Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages an inventory of low to moderate complexity commercial claims following protocols.
• Verifies policy coverage and gathers necessary information.
• Maintains file documentation and authorizes disbursements within authority.
• Communicates with insureds, claimants and business partners to ensure timely updates.
• Investigates to determine liability and compensability; collects statements and consults experts as needed.
• Collaborates with internal/external partners to facilitate best claim outcomes.
• Manages reserves and subrogation opportunities; escalates when appropriate.
