Job summary

FCCI Group in Carmel, IN is seeking a CVT Auto Claims Adjuster to investigate and adjust commercial auto property damage, CGL PD, and garage claims across our network.

The role involves liability assessment, reviewing coverages, setting reserves, negotiating settlements, and coordinating with independent adjusters and vendors. The position offers a hybrid schedule: three days in office and two days remote.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of commercial/personal lines claims experience or 6 months as a Claim Adjuster Trainee.
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures, rules, and systems.
• Ability to analyze, define and solve problems with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate assigned claims and set reserves within authority and company guidelines.
• Interpret damage appraisals, pursue subrogation opportunities and manage file transfers.
• Handle inventory of claims following FCCI policies for P&C claims.
• Coordinate with independent adjusters and vendors to contain expenses.
