Qualifications

• Three or more years of Accounts Receivable and commercial collections experience.
• Experience supporting life sciences, CRO, or professional services environments.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, collections practices, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer accounts for timely collections.
• Review aging reports and prioritize delinquent accounts.
• Contact customers to secure payment commitments.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Maintain accurate collection documentation in ERP.
