Job summary

Boulder Care is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for a hybrid schedule at the Ohio Clinic in Columbus. This full-time role combines on-site and remote work, supporting patient intakes, care coordination, and clinical workflows within the MA scope.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years CMA experience, active CMA certification, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to navigate behavioral health settings. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years as a CMA with active CMA certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience navigating behavioral health or addiction care workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support patient intakes and triage urgent requests to the RN.
• Assist with outreach, follow-up and care coordination.
• Support MA workflows for pharmacy, lab and EHR documentation.
• Provide onsite and remote hybrid support for the Ohio Clinic.
