Job summary

Boulder Care is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a hybrid role tied to our Ohio Clinic in Northwest Columbus. The position blends on-site and remote duties, with a 34-hour weekly schedule and options to add hours.

You will support intake, triage, care coordination, and documentation while collaborating with RNs and providers to ensure smooth patient care. The role requires active CMA certification, CPR/First Aid, and at least two years of CMA experience, plus comfort with digital tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of CMA experience.
• Active, nationally recognized CMA certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Minimum one year experience navigating behavioral health systems or care coordination.
• Comfort with technology and common business tools.

Responsibilities

• Support patient intakes and triage urgent requests to the RN.
• Coordinate care, outreach, and clinical work queues.
• Assist with medication, pharmacy, and lab workflows.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Provide on-site and remote MA support as scheduled.
• Manage scheduling and office operations per RNs/providers.
