Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Analyst to support a large-scale modernization for a financial services client. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex concepts into actionable decisions, and driving readiness for enterprise product capabilities within a cloud core transformation.

The position is hybrid in Vienna, VA; Pensacola, FL; or Winchester, VA, with in-person interviews required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience supporting business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working between business and technology within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts and strategic objectives for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience performing business process, data, capability, workflow, and impact analyses.
• Experience developing governance structures and traceability processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business product lines and technology teams to support enterprise product capability development and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Bridge business and technology by translating complex concepts into clear requirements, decisions, and actionable plans.
• Analyze current and future-state processes, data flows, capabilities, and operating models to identify gaps and dependencies.
• Develop and implement future-state operating models and governance aligned with transformation objectives.
• Assess impacts of new technology capabilities, cloud migrations, and process changes on business operations.
• Produce governance artifacts, readiness plans, and executive-level communications across workstreams.
