BRMi in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Business Transformation Analyst to support a large-scale modernization for a financial services client. You will bridge business and technology, partnering with product, operations, and technical teams to translate complex concepts into actionable decisions and drive successful execution.

This role focuses on enterprise product capabilities and cloud core transformation, managing dependencies, readiness, and governance to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in business transformation, technology modernization, product delivery, or similar initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working between business and technology in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts and business requirements for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing future-state operating models, processes, and workflows.
• Experience with governance, controls, documentation, and traceability in large programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business product lines and technology teams to support enterprise product capability development and cloud transformation.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, decisions, and actionable plans for stakeholders.
• Analyze current and future-state processes, data flows, and operating models to identify gaps and dependencies.
• Develop governance structures, controls, and documentation to support program execution and decision-making.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements, objectives, and technical solutions across the transformation lifecycle.
