Qualifications

• Experience with public cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure) and triaging issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers on Google Cloud Platform using debugging and data analysis to determine root causes and resolutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams, advising on technical best practices.
• Drive product and process improvements by identifying trends, documenting issues, and resolving bugs at the code level.
• Deliver continuous global support within a 24x7 team model, potentially including non-standard hours.
• Contribute to large-scale strategic projects by defining scope and delivering key components across functions.
• Develop new investigation tools and learn new coding languages to improve diagnostic productivity.
