Job summary

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is looking for a Systems Administrator to ensure reliability, security, and performance of ASHA’s technology infrastructure. You will manage enterprise systems and cloud services, safeguard data, and drive improvements to efficiency, service delivery, and user experience.

Responsibilities include IAM, endpoint management, backup and recovery, and evaluating automation and AI-enabled tools to strengthen security and resilience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience administering enterprise technology infrastructure in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Relevant technical training and certifications.
• Experience with enterprise identity, access management and endpoint management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support server infrastructure; monitor environments; implement improvements for availability and reliability.
• Administer identity and access management across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Provide advanced technical support, diagnosing complex infrastructure issues with minimal business disruption.
• Manage endpoint devices including provisioning, configuration, compliance, and patch delivery.
• Support data protection, governance, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain enterprise systems such as backup, antivirus, and communications services.
• Evaluate and implement automation and AI-enabled technologies to improve efficiency and security.
• Plan and execute technology projects aligned with standards and policies.
