Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience administering enterprise technology infrastructure in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Relevant technical training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support server infrastructure; monitor environments and implement improvements for reliability.
• Administer user identity and access management across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Provide advanced technical support by diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
• Manage endpoint devices, provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Support data protection, governance, and compliance policies enterprise-wide.
• Maintain enterprise-wide systems including backup, recovery, and antivirus solutions.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to technology solutions, including automation and AI tools.
• Plan and execute technology projects aligned with IS standards and policies.
