Job summary

Abile Group, LLC is seeking a Hybrid Cloud Platform Engineer on a 10-year contract to support an Intelligence Community customer. You will deploy OpenShift, work across multiple networks and sites, and coordinate with security teams to maintain compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE or related field, 5–8 years of developer experience, and DoD 8570 IAT II certifications. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years developer experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA.

Responsibilities

• Supports OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps.
• Deploys OpenShift to new sites as they come online.
• Works with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scale existing platforms to meet them.
• Works with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutions.
• Supports data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elastic Stack.
• Compiles detailed documentation.

Job description

Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Hybrid Cloud Platform Engineer on a 10-year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission.

The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.

• Supports OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps.
• Deploys OpenShift to new sites as they come online.
• Works with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scale existing platforms to meet them.

Clearance Required

TS/SCI with ability to obtain a CI Poly.

Degree and Years of Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

5-8 years Developer experience.

Required Certifications

• Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA.
