Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to ensure the performance, security, and availability of our global IT stack. The role focuses on on-premises, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform Windows/Linux/SQL platforms, with 3 days/week in our Westminster, CO office.

You will manage system administration, storage, backups (Rubrik), MoveIT FTP, and collaborate with vendors. Strong problem solving and communication are essential as the team supports 24x7 operations.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Computer Science; 4+ years of IT/infrastructure experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and storage management.
• Familiar with Rubrik backup and MoveIT FTP infrastructure.
• Strong communication and ability to work with vendors and users.

Responsibilities

• System administration, security, audit, and maintenance.
• Administer Windows Server, Linux, and storage.
• Maintain Rubrik backup infrastructure.
• Maintain MoveIT FTP infrastructure.
• Hardware support, upgrades, patches.
• Support security initiatives and audits.
• Assist IT service desk and escalate issues.
• Participate in project planning for corporate offices.
