Job summary

Talent Acquisition LLC is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and maintain network, systems, and cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment. The role focuses on advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and driving the transition from on‑prem to cloud/SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities include managing SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, Exchange Online, Intune, AVD, Entra ID, AD, and VMware across multiple locations, with a strong emphasis on hybrid identity and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of network and infrastructure support experience.
• Strong experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN, SD-WAN, Cisco and Meraki.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, and AVD.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and hybrid identity.
• Experience with VMware and cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with NetApp, Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup, Fortinet, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional services or law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, SAN, and Internet connectivity across multiple locations
• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Deploy and manage endpoints with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), including FSLogix, session hosts, connectivity, and performance
• Administer Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, and VMware
• Support network security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud migration initiatives
• Serve as an escalation point for complex network and infrastructure issues
