Job summary

Howden in Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a global IT operations team. This hands-on role supports on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and cloud services for the US region.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a cloud/infrastructure engineer or similar IT role within a dynamic environment.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and M365.
• Experience with multi-site Active Directory environments, group policy and DNS.
• Experience with Windows desktop troubleshooting and patching.
• Familiarity with datacenters, networking, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive infrastructure support for US region across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure availability, performance, and security of core services.
• Implement and manage cloud, server, desktop, network, and telephony infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to IT security and governance policies.
