Job summary

Howden Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to bolster infrastructure support for the US region, including on-prem and cloud services. The role operates within a distributed, global IT team ensuring availability of cloud, data center and network infrastructure for the Minneapolis area.

You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with local and global teams, applying best practices in security, patching, AD/ DNS management, and network operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as cloud/infrastructure engineer or similar IT role.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Azure and M365.
• Experience with multi-site Active Directory environments, group policy and DNS.
• Solid knowledge of patch management, MDM, monitoring systems.
• Experience with Windows desktop troubleshooting and IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT services with integrity and professionalism.
• Provide incident, change, and problem management support.
• Produce and maintain documentation and runbooks for IT systems.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and support US region infrastructure.
