Competenze
- 3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture
- Proven track record of building and delivering internal developer platforms or developer enablement tools
- Deep technical expertise in Cloud ecosystems (AWS preferred), Kubernetes/EKS, and Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD automation, GitOps, and modern deployment methodologies
- Strong understanding of observability, operational excellence, and SRE best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Lead an engineering team responsible for fielding, refining, and delivering AWS infrastructure across ModMed product lines
- Bridge between application development teams and core cloud operations
- Refine infrastructure requests to ensure completeness and alignment with standards
- Build trusted relationships with engineering and product stakeholders
- Balance feature requests with roadmap, delivering scalable platform features
- Manage team workflows to ensure predictable delivery
- Mentor and grow DevOps engineers, fostering operational excellence
- Partner with InfoSec and Cloud Platform leadership to embed security and cost governance
