ModMed, based in Boca Raton, seeks a Cloud Engineering Manager for DevOps to lead a high-performing team delivering AWS infrastructure across product lines. You will bridge app development and cloud operations, align work with the Internal Developer Platform roadmap, and foster reusable platform capabilities.

You’ll mentor engineers, enforce CI/CD and security guardrails, and partner with InfoSec and Cloud Platform leadership to raise execution quality in a hybrid role.

Competenze

• 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
• 8+ years in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture.
• Proven track record of building internal developer platforms or developer enablement tools.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, and Terraform.
• Strong CI/CD automation, GitOps, and modern deployment practices.
• SRE, observability, and cost governance knowledge.

• Field incoming AWS infrastructure requests from software teams across product lines.
• Refine infrastructure requests for completeness and architectural alignment.
• Build relationships with engineering and product stakeholders across lines.
• Align feature requests with the Internal Developer Platform roadmap.
• Schedule, prioritize, and manage team workflows for reliable delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and grow DevOps engineers toward excellence.
